My experience - No Broker.in. Review on Nobroker

When we were shifting to Thane in Mumbai we were on a look out for a furnished, 2BHK flat within our budget. We approached many real estate agents, contacts but in vain. It was not befitting our requirements. Either or one of the criterion were not as per our requirements and options were also limited.

So, my wife approached no broker.com where brokerages could be avoided, and a reasonable deal could be found.

It was well executed right from start. We were given a manager to handle our case and their charges were close to 4000 Rs. only. When they were informed about our requirements they sent us various options in an around the region. And they did a fine job. We shortlisted some, rejected some and on reaching Thane, Mumbai we agreed on the deal after being introduced to the owner for a 2BHK flat.

This was only the second or third we visited, and it was all done and dusted.

One thing to keep in mind before you agree is to read the lease agreement thoroughly and agree to it before finalizing. There was a clause which said that we need to stay there at least for six months continuously otherwise there could some penalties. It was adjusted for a win all situation and we went ahead. But all the same rent agreement shall be read thoroughly and agreed upon. Rest if you want to reject them then you stand to lose close to 4000Rs only.

The other thing good about them is they were constantly in touch, although the experience of the individual might vary. But in our case they corresponded and contacted on mails, on watsapps and phone calls etc.

Recently when I had find tenants of my flat I registered my property on no broker. The response and follow ups are swift and impressive. Although they will request you for a paid membership, but they are better than others who apart from one become interested only if you pay them something.

Rate no brokers highly and recommend others to use their services if required.
