NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had taken their post paid plan to sell my flat. Their service is very poor on top of it I am now struggling because of their false promises.
It's was a headache working with no broker, specially the real estate service team. Other teams are good like field managers, post closure team, legal team. However the service provided by RM of postpaid plan was so poor that it supe seeds all services. Following reasons to better avoid No Broker
They don't take ownership of selling the flat, only provide superficial support. They have so many teams and all work on Silos. Most of the time response will be "I don't have idea this is done by some other team, please contact them"
The RM has very limited knowledge or intention to help customer, most of the time her reply will be I will check and get back, 90% of the time she will never get back.
Contacting them is very difficult, RMs phone will be busy 99% of the time and you will get a message she will call back. Most of the time someone else will call back who has no idea about the earlier discussions. Even if you write a mail many time RM will not respond or respond based on her convenience
Most important point is they made a promise and later completely denying. Which means they practice very unethical means to get the money from customer. I have to know lodge a formal police complaint to get the money they took from my buyer
I will strongly recommend stay away from their real estate services specially for selling or buying flat. Their only advantage is the No Broker as a site is really good, lots of visitors.
