Painting Service - Worse service ever, pure loot going on. At least NoBroker should look into these kind of Partner issues, as its ruining Company's reputation!
Painting Partner, Labours were more interested in promoting there own private business of interior decorating/painting then getting the job done for which they got contract from NoBroker.
60% of water was mixed into the paint making a premium paint worse then lowest category.
Manish Jha home painting inspector, did a thorough survey and provided best quotation as per the need. Quotation of Asian Paints Aspira was selected.
This requirements were later passed on to Painting Partner Shafiq Siddiqui(Kandivili, Mumbai) who literally screwed up the entire process.
Requirements were not communicated well to the workers.
For one wall requirement was of Bottom POP.
Initially thick POP was done, no proper scrubbing for leveling and later when things didnt work out with POP, Contractor scrubbed out the entire wall all over again n then did Bottom Putty.
Inspite these all procedure, the outcome is in the photos uploaded.
Forget about the shine and layers, basic smoothness of the wall is gone.
Talib was the main worker, initially he was reluctant to take any feedback and was enough lazy to not rub the polish paper for smoothening.
Aftab claimed that he is direct employee of NoBroker and not a partner contractor's worker, did the rectifying work. At last he too said to call him privately, pay him extra to rectify the wall properly.(He told this in an ongoing lead)
After paying 25k+ for 1BHK, all you get is basic cleaning service and ruined existing walls.
