And even in presence of so many property renting / buying portals, I found NoBroker the best due to following:

Renting out your property is one of the difficult things where you have to do multiple things at the same time. Hundreds of questions from portals and then confirmation calls and then the endless formalities. It makes the whole process so tedious and tiring that eventually a person leaves without uploading property.

No broker has very simple process to register your property and upload pictures and videos. I got more than 15 responses with at least 12 positive leads and my flat was rented out within 10 days at the price I quoted for.

The portal and user interface:

This is an extremely user friendly site be it on desktop or mobile. Very clear sections to select right choices.

Ease of navigation:

You can select services under clear titles so there is no scope for any ambiguity or confusion. You can access all vital features in one single scroll.

Added advantage:

They even prompt you to quote the right price. Sometimes you under quote the expected rent and the site hints that similar property in similar area is getting a specific amount.

Additional services:

Once you are in process to buy / rent / lease the property, the site offers all services under roof like painting, professional photo shoot of the property so you get better response. Video upload for a virtual tour of the flat / property, Registration of the flat and much more.

This is linked to whatsaap too. I did not click property pics so I was getting Luke warm response and the call representative herself called and asked to upload pics of the property for better response. Once clicked, I had an option to just attach the pics / videos on whatsapp cahat box and the property pics were uploaded almost immediately and I started getting huge response. Almost 3-4 enquiries every day.

The best part:

Their call representatives are very courteous and friendly and not like banks and other service providers who keep on following up, pestering and bothering the clients. They never hard sell and they never push you to get their services like painting or registration. There is always a choice if you want to opt for their services or not.

An added plus:

When my property was rented out, the call representative said she will deactivate the property so I will not be bothered with further enquiries and calls as my property is already rented out. I did not have to log in to nobroker and deactivate the property myself. This saved my time.
