I suggest to use no broker to search genuine properties and buyers and the possibility is that you will get house for sure in a month. But paid service is not efficient as they only suggest you properties which is shown on their site. So I suggest you to just explore properties on their site and contact buyer on your own to visit and negotiate properties. I strongly recommend to use map option to search properties so that you get to know the locality of property.
