THEY SOLD ME A OPD POLICY WITH THE COMMITMENT THAT THERE LIST OF NETWORK HOSPITALS WOULD GROW. THE LIST HAS NOT IMPROVED TILL DATE. NOW WHEN I LOG INTO THEIR SYSTEM FOR OPD CONSULTATIONS I HARDLY FIND AN APPROACHABLE DOCTOR. LOGGED OPD SETTLEMENT TELLING THEM ABOUT THE CASE AND THEY SIMPLY REFUSED.


THEY COMMIT FOR 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO RESPOND BACK BUT THEY ACTUALLY RESPOND TO ISSUES AFTER TAKING 20 DAYS.
