Max bupa is biggeest fraud. why people take health insurance not that they want to cliam but to ensure that when they need help it is available. however MAX Bupa will talk about life stage base renewal however you are lucky if they don't double your premimum in every 3 to 4 year without any reason.
I have submitted a complain with IRDAI however I Feel ath IRDA will not touch them
on reply to compalin with IRDAI, MAX BUPA called to me and told that I have 4 option to reduce my premium. then next day another person called up from max bupa and said that they have added HOSPI cash and if I take that out my premium will be much less than what they asking. so I given go ahead to remove HOSPI cash. instead of sending revised renewal they submitted to IRDAI that issue is closed and client has been explain that why premium has been increase due to added services
when I escalled with IRDA, they wrote an email that earlier they miss communicated and my premium can not be changed
I am in soup as if I don't renew than I am without health coverage. no one there in IRDAI to take action and close MAx BUPA
Govt should provide easy means to shut such organization like MAX BUPA and shift policy from this to another provider
MAX BUPA should be blacklisted
I have submitted complain to IRDAI: IRDAI Token number 01-18-020305
and PGPORTAL compalin number: DARPG/E/2018/01832
I am also going to write to PM that IRDAI and other orgnaizaiton which suppose to control MAXBUPA like of organization are not able to do thier dutty and such firm should not be allowed to operate
please write to PMO and raise complain with IRDAI too. lets create moment against such firms
