We have booked a customised trip to Jammu Kashmir and Delhi with Nirmala travels Hubli completely paid everything in 3 months advance 127000
Day 1:
Our flight started at 6.00 am Bangalore reached by 11.30 at Amritsar only during the travel at 9.30 am they change complete driver details and contact number which was previously given what is the case if our phone is not working in Amritsar as it regularly happens there.
Day 2:
Drop to Katra hotel management says no booking in your name after waiting nearly one hour we got our room. Even after showing valid documents they were not ready. We were promised same car and driver will be available with us until Srinagar Airport drop but the driver wants to go back immediately and someone else will come with different car.
Day 3:
No help at anyplace in Katra for drop or pick up completely no contact.
Day 4:
Jk registered vehicle comes with worst driver I have never seen in our life as soon as he comes he says only if you pay extra money you will have a good trip.
Car is literally bad in hot summer at Jammu he refused to on ac. His luggage is filled half of the car. He is storing his alcohol glass and bottles at back seat no water bottle holders remaining for us. He forces us to ask hotel people to give him driver accommodation. He forced us to buy saffron with him which is one year old in dates printed. He never comes in time.
Day 5:
Even after staying near to rafting point in Pahalgam, we missed it because of driver coming late.
Food is completely bad at Pahalgam. They told we cooked for 40 members and it got over for 20 members. Driver taking our photos without permission his name is Susheel.
Day 6:
Missed Shankaracharya temple as per itinerary in Srinagar because room was given late. And take us out only if we check-in room.
Day 7:
Worst day in complete trip.
They promised for gondola ride tickets and took money 3 months before and last minute they don’t have any agent they are completely dependent on driver. So even after reaching Gulmarg we missed gondola ride one complete day in trip got wasted waiting at parking some one will get tickets felt like crying loudly…
At last, they are promising refund of gondola ride which is 3800 for couple who will give us that one day back. Why did they promise for tickets if they are incapable and at least if they have promised early we might have visited some other places in Kashmir like Sonmarg? Why did they play with our emotions in cheating that even after reaching the location we were not blessed to fulfill our dreams?
Day 8:
Reached airport in time as there is heavy security check-in Srinagar driver started forcing for more money every minute in his cab was miserable.
Reached Delhi again new driver came for pickup it’s CNG vehicle no space for luggage and he is stopping once in 3 hours to put gas or petrol.
Day 9:
Seen Taj Mahal and was heading towards Delhi back he forcefully took us to some outlets for shopping and stopped the car without our permission to reach the outlet.
As we were tired completed our Akshardham sightseeing early. He told us I am unable to sleep as you are early. We asked for dinner drop at some South Indian restaurant but he refused and left us in hotel for check-in.
Delhi hotel room in Suncourt Yatri was worst. No split ac in any of the rooms but travels promised for 3 star accommodation. No ac and 42 degrees temperature our night was miserable
Day 10:
He has shown Qutub Minar also from outside just like to see the photo. We asked driver to come back by 8.30 for the last day sightseeing but he came by 11.30 am such a person who involves everything personal enquiries and comes near the room and asks for extra money to end the trip. He was having white board registeration so he refused to come to airport at last and we finally requested travel to send different vehicle and they have arranged if not we might have missed our flight too. Completely 2 lacks in minimum got wasted.
Thanks to Vattica and Nirmala Travels at least we reached home without seeing any thing in our Kashmir trip.
