Cheating of$26.10 by nichesitelady.com to me & probably many others who also paid for her newsletters database accessible earlier on her site after login, which she later made free but didn't refund those who paid for accessing them at her site: nichesitelady.com/newsletter, Open to all now!

Hi,

The lady who owns nichesitelady.com & writes herself as a Niche Site Lady is a cheater who must be exposed.

On Dec. 27, 2023, I paid$26.10 on my credit card for paid access to her weekly newsletters, which were earlier sent by email to let me have all newsletters, including past ones, accessible. I did this to save time, as I would be able to read them on her site one by one(one per week for new ones, including all the past ones, which cannot be done through email, which will deliver only the current and future ones until I am a subscriber to her newsletter).

The current URL(free now) for seeing all her newsletters is - https://nichesitelady.com/newsletter/

To see the newsletter content, a login was needed earlier, given after payment($26.10 in my case for a lifetime; I am from India). I don't know the exact date, but she made this newsletter repository free for all.

I was given access to her newsletter instantly via login on 27-12-2023. The newsletter content was about earning money online through niche sites. It had her affiliate links & information about how she earns money but no proof of income. Only her typed numbers showed her earnings and expenses, which is not the discussion point here(it is not about how much she claims to earn & whether it is true or not).

Reverting to the cheating done by the owner of nichesitelady.com, she decided to make the same newsletter access free to everyone for reasons she knew.

Earlier, it was paid access, and then she decided to make it all to be read for free. It should have been to get people's trust that she is super helpful & will help them earn online with her affiliate links in the content of free newsletters available in a single place without going through her emails. So, no login is required now, i.e., no username & password to read the content related to how she earns money with details in the emails of the newsletter through niche sites in a single place, such as a site. It also means that people who paid money to access it can now do it for free, as no username & password are needed. It also means that nichesitelady.com must refund the money she took earlier to give them paid access for a lifetime to all emails of her newsletter, including past ones. But she didn't do it to me. I don't know about others, but I can guess she didn't do the same. Why refund unless someone asks for the same repeatedly? Super smart cheating strategy from an ethical, moralistic, helpful & honest marketer? Right?.

As written earlier, I again stress that she should have refunded all those people who paid to access the newsletters(current and past) that she keeps sending once per week, as now a login is not needed to access their content at a single place—nichesitelady.com/newsletter.

I felt cheated when I noticed this & emailed her at hello@NicheSiteLady.com about thrice in October 2024, but she did not reply. I had to post a comment on her Twitter handle - @NicheSiteLady for this super busy lady who claims to earn$50, 000 p.m. on average but cannot keep a VA to process refunds, which was needed in my case as she didn't do it on her own after making access to newsletters free. She had blocked DMs on Twitter as she doesn't have time to go through direct messages from time wasters like me, which will hamper her super productivity & deep work. She will also not encounter deficiencies in her professional money-earning services that don't have word refund in it(making a paid newsletter free & then not refunding those who paid for it)

She thinks all other people are useless & should be ignored multiple times if they email her for a refund, which she should have done herself, as explained in this case. Only she is super busy & successful, while others are idle, unsuccessful & have no other work but to ask not to keep the money of those who paid her for a resource she made free for all later.

Why doesn't she constantly remove all the subscribers she cannot handle as & when required, such as refund requests in my case, but can email with her affiliate links, even in complaint emails sent to her? This is because of her greed & utter shamelessness. She cannot answer questions about refunds & issues with her services as she considers it against business prosperity. She decided to make nichesitelady.com/newsletters accessible to all, & I did not make this decision. She didn't process a refund of mine, a paid subscriber for her newsletter, which was made a free one, because she decided to make that paid resource a free one. She doesn't like returning money to anyone but always sends auto-replies when scheduled, with links pointing to resources & affiliate links to earn money on autopilot. Shameless marketing, right? When it comes to refunds, not all these intelligent ways are implemented. Thus, she is a shameless marketer.

NSL should be No Shame Lady! Right?

People dealing with this cheating mentality lady are warned that she may do the same to you: sell you a paid service, take money from you, make it free to gain publicity, & make people think that she is a great human with emails having sponsored posts & money-earning links that are free to access. She will keep the money of those who paid for that resource earlier & not refund them even if they email her. She is a super-intelligent, thick-skinned, shameless creature; learn honest, no-guilt marketing from her!

$26.10 is not a significant amount if multiplied by one, i.e., me, who paid her for all newsletters access(past & current at a single place). Still, if multiplied by 500(all those people who paid her for having access to all her Earn Money Online newsletters for a lifetime, including past ones), it becomes about$13000, assuming that, on average, she took at least$26 per person wanting access to her paid newsletters(which were paid earlier, but now she has made them free from some months).

Nichesitelady.com cheated me & probably others by taking money for paid newsletters at nichesitelady.com/newsletter(login was needed earlier but now free for all) but not refunding after making the newsletter(same paid resource of past) free!

She also lied that she would check my request. Ha ha, I am a requester & money pleader because of her corrupt attitude; wasn't she supposed to give the money back to me & others after making her newsletter database freely accessible to all at her site? Had she refunded$26.10 for paid access to her newsletters database after making it free, I would not have wasted my time emailing her about four times & then posting all these genuine reviews for her cheating tactic(non-refund of$26.10) that she must not have let happen if she had honesty in her business principles.

Please don't deal with nichesitelady.com for any of her services or recommendations, as this cheating attitude will exist everywhere. She is shameless in sending her affiliate links in emails complaining about her cheating tactics. For refunds, she had the excuse of travelling & not getting stable Wi-Fi anywhere. Still, she is thick-skinned & shameless in sending her affiliate links, even in emails complaining about not doing the refunds on her own for charging for a paid resource she made free. I didn't find any morals in this case at all. How can someone keep the money for an initial paid lifetime resource after making it free? It was decided by her & not me. Now, she doesn't want to do a refund and is giving useless excuses for travelling, not having stable WiFi, & looking into the refund request case when she returns to her office on 8th Nov. 2024. Did she stop accepting payments while she was travelling? The same is not valid for refunds.
