Nice Maple India Private Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ordered a sofa from nice maple on the 2nd of September with an estimated delivery window of two weeks however, till date the item hasnt been delivered.
Everytime I follow up with their customer care center I am given new timelines and the product is always in quality check (not sure if they are making furniture or jet engines!!)
Despite numerous calls and emails, there is no end to their revised timelines.
Finally raise a dispute through my bank on the transaction and have left it to them to sort out the mess.
This is beyond unprofessional and unethical and I am writing this review to warm other customers, please do not order from them.
They don’t even have a return policy which for an online platform is ridiculous.
