I feel this review is:
I purchased a Sofa from Nicemaple.com. Its arm collapsed inside within only two weeks of usage. I spoke to customer care who made a commitment that they would replace which never happened. I have been fighting for refund since more than 2 months. Reaching their CEO or other senior management is not possible as they hide behind wraps. Very poor service and regret ordering from here. Absolutely ridiculous.
