Urgent: Request for Immediate Refund Due to Non-Delivery and Harassment
Dear Mr. Devanshu,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have experienced from your company.
On November 4, 2024, I placed an order with your company after multiple sales calls from your representative, Mr. Rahul, and a visit to your Gurgaon office. The payment was duly transferred to your company’s account as required.
I was assured that the order would be delivered by November 14, but this commitment was not honored. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Mr. Rahul, but my calls have gone unanswered.
Unfortunately, my interactions with the BLR CRM team have only added to my frustration. I was given multiple assurances of delivery on November 18, 25, and 27, none of which materialized. Today, I have once again been asked to wait an additional three days, which is entirely unacceptable.
This repeated delay and lack of communication have eroded my trust due the unprofessional behavior has left me feeling harassed and deceived. I am compelled to believe that your company has failed in its commitments regarding material, quality, and service.
Please confirm the processing of the refund.
