Nice Maple India Private Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have placed order online for Bed on 18th Apr 2024 over nicemaple official website by paying full amount, I received confirmation email stating order delivery is expected within 12 days. I have been calling since then customer care multiple times and every time I get new excuse. E.g order is dispatched, order is in quality check at destination. It’s already over a month, Today morning customer care confirmed delivery is scheduled by 4pm. When I called around 4pm today, they said the product is damaged and re-dispatched. Same Damaged product will reach their office in Gurgaon today. I am frustrated with their lies and excuses. Furthermore, they are not sharing product photos, courier contact information, exact order status over email or phone.
