Worst Service. Review on Nexevo

I'm writing this review to let you all know about the service we received from Nexevo Technologies. These people are completely unprofessional, have no knowledge about the business they are running and are the most incompetent people you can hand your work to.

Let me tell you my experience with them so you can judge for yourself.

We connected with Niaz(Sales) over the phone, where we discussed about our requirements for website development. Then during the start of project, they continuously followed up where they started pestering us to work with them. We finally decided to move ahead and made half of the agreed payment. This is when they started the process of misleading us with ignorance and the worst tech-service ever.

Since we already had a basic knowledge on website development, we caught on to what was actually happening. Yassar, who is the CTO and in-charge of the web development process was simply using a template to get the website ready for us. We told them that this is not a portfolio website where a pre-built template is going to work. We were paying for originality and creativity but here we were getting basic work that a simple freelancer can also do at cheaper cost. Once we told them that whatever they were doing isn't going to work, they came up with a design of website and asked us to review now. They don't care for your business hours. They told us that the designer will only be available for a week, so please get the design for all pages approved now. Which company takes on a client and then tells them that the designer won't be available?

We got fed-up with their follow-up and missed multiple work which we planned to get it done in this quarter. Now we have issues with web and mobile site loading time, but we are not going to connect with them on this side.

Let me tell you a few more flaws in their project management for your better understanding,

- They don't keep notes about the minutes of meeting.

- They expected us to do the reviews immediately after the task was completed.

- They remained absent on most of the scheduled meeting days.

- They wasted so many of our valuable business hours with their tardiness.

- Their behaviour was unprofessional to say the least and we had to tell them about their work, we had to guide them like children to do the work which we were paying them for.

- They were unable to come up with the task on time and they paid no heed to their client's feedback.

- They had no idea about branding, website optimisation and they didn't even follow the Google standards of .webp image format.

On top of everything, they kept pushing the work for a later date just so they could make a few bucks over our harassment.
