I am from Mumbai. I have visited 6-7 times till now. For many reasons. Sometimes for work, sometimes as a stopover, sometimes for travelling purpose. So far I loved the city.
When you roam around in the city, you do understand why is this the capital city in India. the roads are huge, well connected. They are clean. There are traffic circles for better management. Also, you see these famous politician houses and you realize all the political activities going on in this city.
I visited few well-known tourist attractions like Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Chandani Chowk, Lal Quila. I loved the grandness of these places. all these monuments are simply breathtaking.
The food in Chandani Chowk is yummy. A parathe wali gully is a perfect option for the tourist. Light on the wallet, superb on taste.
I have also travelled in delhi metro. It is simply awesome. You can go from a far away place in no time. Fortnately, I only travelled in non peak time. As a result the metro was not too crowded.
But I have heard stories of over crowded metros.
The people over here are awesome. They may appear rude and arrogant from the outside but they are good at heart.
Do visit this place! you will like it!
