Hopeless customer service as usual makes fake false assurances on fast order delivery to do high sales!
They have pathetic incompetent blue dart courier shipping partner where in delivery guys put up any false updates like remark: consignee's address incomplete/incorrect, , when these same guys delivered many consignments at my address in many previous past occasions
After that delivery person with absolutely no calls nothing and sending SMS for rescheduling package delivery due to address issue. Can anyone beat that, ,
And in 21st century digital age Google maps era before putting such silly lame reason: consignee's address incomplete/incorrect, , why delivery guy not calling me if can't find address, , what a waste!
I think Netmeds should take classes from "1mg" on how medicines are delivered.
Very disappointing, , first order still waiting. 3 days and counting!
Each passing day this country is getting so filled with people, organization, companies making fake, false promises and telling lies to hide accountability, incapability in performing a very basic task!
It's such a pity someone is trying hard to make this country first world!
