NetMeds is a good Medicine Portal and I have been using them for more than a year no. I placed am Order on 6-8-2018 and I got the message that the medicine will be delivered between 7-8 September. On 8th September I got a mail stating there is an issue with the prescription of one of the medicines, while the prescription was valid for 7 other medicines. Before that there was no communication. When I called up your call center, I was casually informed that my medicine will be delivered in 2 - 4 days after validation of the prescription. He also went to the extent of alluding I am a liar by saying that the phone number on the site was wrong and they had been trying to reach me on phone but were not able to. It took me a good 5 minutes to prove that the number is correct.
While I have no complaints about the site or the packaging and delivery of Netmeds, its their pathetic customer care support and their understanding of customer issues(and this is my 3rd interaction with them) that has pushed me to other vendors from Netmeds
