The very first thing - Agreement renewal

I have raised multiple tickets to provide me the agreement for which I am getting charged from the month of June 2020. But I have never received even a single call and one of ticket also forcefully closed by the team. Now the thing is nstaway already off-boarded the property how I will get my agreement? And how the hell I will show thing in my tax?
Second thing-No Show on inspection

Today was the move out inspection day for which no one came for the inspection. I have called multiple times to the area manager as well. And he picked up call once then he said I will back. After this he is not even picking up the call.
Third Thing -Off-boarding the property without any intimation

One day owner of theflat is coming to our house and saying we have been cancelled the contract with nestaway and you have to leave the property asap. For this also I have never received any communication from nestaway and raised this concern. And one fine day nestaway is saying we are offboarding the property so you heard it correct from owner you have to vacate the property asap. Is this the way you guys are dealing?
This is pathetic and really nuisance. If you guys can'tr handle things properly shut down your business instead of this ridiculous behavior.
Now the thing is by 15th is the move out and I don't know how I will get my deposit back and when exactly I will get the agreement.
