I got a call from this company, a marketing executive leady explained me about the service they are providing to jobseekers and the benefit their company will provide. I was not interested initially and they keep following up for week to convince and later they said that 50% discount offer is on so they will provide the same service in fewer prices.

Convinced by their word, I thought of availing resume service, it started with resume building. They asked my current resume to prepare one and the one presented to me was a replica of my own resume! I do not find any professional touch, and asked them to call back for a discussion and set my expectation. Please note I had paid Rs 3800 /- to them by this time. Then I provided them one of my colleagues resume, he prepared it from a reputed company in this business as a reference to prepare mine. (With much less effort I would have been created one for me much better that what I got!)

The real drama started now. I was curious to know about the services they promised and providing, so asked them to provide details how they are publishing my CV in their portal. I sent at least 10 email for to the marketing lady for asking status, none of them replied. Then I asked the lady who prepared my resume about the status, she replied saying contact marketing department so and so number and email id.

I called those numbers, no one responded at first attempt. Wrote email, no reply. Tried to log in to their portal, it was too much slow and finally when I able to log in I see all junk information portrayed there. I feel shocked and cheated. I called marketing team again and asked for help , the replied flatly , we cannot do anything . I said why ? I paid for the service and not gating anything ? they said you are irritating us ?? Understand the pain I faced .. being a consumer of the service the service provider asking me that I am irritating them by asking clarification. This company is a total fake and they are s**king money in the name of resume service from stupid people like us.

When I called once again and asked them to transfer to their manager or senior , they simply told that if I call again they will delete by login credentials. I never felt so harassed in my entire life. Writing this so that people like us should not fall into the trap of this fake company called “Naukrinews”
