I have been to Nature's Basket many times. But, off late, I have noticed that the quality of the food and the manners of the staff has been going down.
I have had some bad experience with the Manager at the Lokhandwala branch who is informed, lazy and rude. Bad products can always be replaced or the money refunded. But removing bad managers will help improve the quality and service of food and beverage, apart from creating loyal customers.
Please don't let bad customer care ruin a great idea.
