Nationwide Immigration Services is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They make false promises and after receiving money they least bother to provide services
I paid 85000 to them I have clearly mentioned that I dont have passport still they mentioned we will get it done.Pst payment no one contacted for 2 months after which I called them they told without passport number we cannot enroll.Post which I have to apply for passport as we dont have passport office within 200km.Initial 5 to 6 months went like this
Later they told its only few months left for contract to renew.While signing the contract I mentioned their employee details told verbally are not there and I want to withdraw but he mentioned that we will cover verbal as well.
I requested to cancel the contract and refund but they havent refunded my money and are not goving appropriate service.
They shared wrong reports with wrong score.
Now they are sahing your scores are low kindly re attempt.
If we could have scored why would we hire a consultancy.
