Nashibvaan is a film that will make you rethink about the important things in life.
Nashibvaan has Bhau Kadam, Mitali Jagtap and Neha Joshi as the cast. Amol Gole is the director.
Nashibvaan tells the story of Baban who is a sanitation worker with the BMC. Later, he finds a hidden treasure and his life changes. It is adapted from the book'Dilli ki Diwar' written by renowed writer Uday Prakash. Baban stays with his wife, but has a crush on Reshma, who is engaged to someone else.
From a pyschologiccal level, the film is great, but the film fails to focus on some small points like when Baban first comes across the fortune, his first reaction is to be careful, but he becomes careless pretty soon, which is not what woould have happenned in real life. Also, when Baban goes to get the money frequently, it becomes quite repetative and boring. The story could have been better written and the rather than emphasing the greed of humans, it could also explore other options. The film has no qualms in discovering the dark sides of the characters. Everyone, except Baban's wife has a dark side, which is similar to people in real life, making it realatable.
The brillant performance of the actors and the grey side of humans that the film explores is the reason why you should watch this film.
