He takes money in advances with what ever reasons possible. He talks very nicely and leaves the construction work half done.
You will end up in big losses.
He seems to be doing this cheating business since long time. reading this thread and other sites on internet, it appears he has cheated many people in Bangalore. majorly in south Bangalore.
Save yourself and your hard earned money. Go for good building contractors. Always write an agreement and never pay money in Advance to anyone, pay only after work is complete. Ensure worker and suppliers are getting their money in time.
