Been to Nainital two years back and what a place it is.I felt like heaven on earth. Just a awesome view from any corner of nainital.
It has rope way services which offers great view of the entire place. One can enjoy the mango-shaped lake from the hill top and it has a temple, gurudwara, church and mosque side by side which determines the love and equality people living their follow.
Amitabh bachchan has done his schooling from Sherwood School and college in Nainital.It also has a zoo located on the top of the hill and various animals from snow-leopard to siberian tiger.
It is recommended to travel from Jan-Mar however you can travel throughtout the year anytime because the beauty of nature is endless.
