Mahanati: a beautiful emotional ride with a classical touch?

Thanks to Nag Ashwin for delivering a spectacular biopic movie. His perseverance and passion for movie is stunningly visible in'Mahanati' movie. The movie shooting scenes are turned into black& white while the rest of the movie is in eastman colour. Movie was lagging at few scenes but definitely an honest attempt to re-tell the history

Keerthy Suresh has donned an impeccable performance. Few scenes are very mesmerising and reminded the true shades of actress Savitri

Music is pristine, has complimented superbly and is the biggest strength to the movie.'Mahanati' title song and'Sada Nannu' songs are good and nicely pictured.

Many key characters in the Savitri's real life are neatly portrayed. Good job by casting team to pull the strings together.

Samantha played an excellent role, very appreciative. Dulquer is exceptionally good in the role of Ramsay Ganesan alias Gemini Ganesan. It is heart wrenching to know the downfall of the great actor; the miserable state of her last living years was nicely showcased.

Direction and Screenplay - Brilliant.

Cinematography and casting - Excellent

Makeup and costume - Authentic

Art direction - Brilliant aesthetics
