Unprofessional, unreliable and lack customer focus-
Ordered product 7815111 trolley suitcase - After confirming order and 1 month was told that it is out of stock. Had to rush to buy from market day before travel.
Ordered prestige hand mixer- Came faulty. Parts could not match either. Asked for replacement. They gave Aramex courier id and asked us directly to chase for collection. Turns up after 10 days. Received proper product only after 6 weeks from date of order.
Ordered cloth drying stand - Came without clamps. Now stuck since last 15 days their collection courier not turning up. Ending up chasing directly with logistic company.
Against this ordering thru' ebay, amazon, home 18 was pleasant experience. Ratings directly on suppliers help to access whether to trust or not. Here it seems all Delhi grey market produces being sold. Pl. beware. Don't get carried away by ad campaigns of naaptol on tv. I fall in trap and wasted time, money and energy.
