Naaptol as a company does not have good morals for selling online. They show certain ADs on TV and when customers order they send some other substandard product. I had a very bad experience with Naaptol on an order for “7 Pcs Induction Friendly Cookware Set+ Free Knife Set” ordered on 13th June 2021. Order no 82458145 Rs 1499/-. Not only the product is of very poor quality but the knife set provided is different than advertised and completely useless.
Several times reached out to customer care, whatsapp support but they are not willing to send the right knife set as replacement. One major thing I have observed about Naaptol is that they advertise in a detail video for 30 mins displaying the products nicely but what they send is very different. Once the customer has purchased the product and there is some defect or difference of product, Naaptol support team does not help to resolve. I have a feeling this is the strategy of the Company. Lure customer by advertisements and after that no post sales support as customer has already paid. Every one please be careful, about purchasing from Naaptol. I have also informed and consulted few colleagues and they have indicated similar experience.
