One of my relatives was recently watching Naptol on tv and during the show he ordered a set of bags price was 999 rupees. After placing the order he got a call from Naptol in order to submit delivery address details. He gave details like pin code etc and it was confirmed and got a message that my order is confirmed and expected delivery time was given. After some time he got another call about availing some offer of being registered as lifetime member for additional amount of about 900. He refused to avail membership and didnt wanted to pay extra for that.
Instead he got another message in few days that order was dispatched and expected delivery time was given plus 1400 rupees were indicated as payable amount for Cash on delivery. He was totally surprised to see all this as price was only 999 ?. So delivery charges were about 399 rupees
After about 2 weeks he got message that order was returned undelivered and hence cancelled.
Customer service. They put you in dilemma for nothing.
Product Quality is usually depending on Price and Company or manufacturer. The cheaper it's the worst it can be.
Delivery Timeliness is very much slow and even they make you wait for months and finally cancel the order.
App and Websites: I think their main focus is TV as I checked their website and app it doesn't look great unlike amazon or flipkart.
Reliability: They try to project too much best image of worst kind of things.
