Very upset with my first experience. Order Number 5284307 was approved on 29th Oct & today I get a message that the "Order was Cancelled". I immediately try to reach the Customer Care, a moron picks & speaks Hindi, though I had dialled 2 for English. Then transfers & leads no destination. I re-dial & reach another Rep who says "Yes mam order cancelled as payment didn't go through for Nokia Lumia"... I said I have ordered Transcend MP3 Player (8GB). Re-read the order ID couple of times. Then he says "Order Cancelled as the price was updated wrongly & the price is no more valid". They have realised this after 2 days. And the customer is no way to be blamed for it. When I placed the same had 50% off & now they just send a message that order cancelled without any reason. Very disheartening experience. This was a special gift to my mom.
Never trust and place an order.
