I had ordered a VOX mini-fridge after going through the product information and pictures. The info clearly states that it can be used in home as well as car, and the pictures clearly show a provision for both kinds of adaptors. However when I received the product, I realized that it comes with only one adaptor(car). There is absolutely no provision for regular power-adaptor. There is nothing I can do about it now, as the payment has been made and they won't respond to my emails and queries.
I had placed the order on 3rd Dec and was promised that the product will be delivered within 3-5 working days. They even updated the status and showed that the product has been shipped on 5/6th Dec from Mumbai. However I did not receive it for next 5 days and called up their customer support to help in tracking. They had no tracking information and just asked me to wait for a few more days. How can a package from Mumbai to Pune take more than 5 days and they have no information on its whereabouts? I had no option but to just wait for however long it takes. I received it on 14th Dec, only to realize that they have sent me the wrong product(with no regular power-adaptor) and it is of no use to me.
I would strongly advise to either avoid them, or the choose to pay by cash-on-delivery. Make the payment AFTER complete inspection and trial of the product. It is next to impossible to get them to fix anything once they are in receipt of your moolah.
