It was necessary to expose the fraud and scam activities of myscreenguard.com. I have to decided to write a complete scenario about what happened with me on myscreenguard.com. My screenguard.com is managed by wishnextcare enterprise, a fake product online seller platform. Remember guys, the thief seller, only reply you via chat and does not respond to you over phone. In Fact he doesn't have a phone number mentioned on his website. Also if you email him, he will never respond after selling the product. After this mishap, I would call myscreenguard.com as CHOR KI AULAAD.
When you buy anything from myscreenguard.com, they are absolutely fake and payment gateway is too unsecured. There are vast possibilities of card and bank details to be hacked.
I bought a redmi 4 tempered glass from myscreenguard.com for which I paid 144.71 INR. The cost of the tempered glass was 107.71 plus 37 rupees speed post shipping charges.
Fraud No 1 - Ordinary Post delivery
The product was sent through ordinary post after charging for speed post as delivery charges. The product reached to me after 9 days of my order. Although, the seller promised me about DTDC shipping but instead he sent me the product ordinary post. If you see while buying, it shows firstflight, or dtdc as courier partner, but sends the product through post
Fraud No 2 - Unsecured Payment gateway
The payment gateway is not https:, It is http only. Which means your debit card or credit card details could be easily hacked with unsecured payment gateway.
Fraud No 3 - Bad quality cheap product
The seller shipped a bad quality tempered glass which had a lot of scratches on it. As you know that redmi 4 has curved glass 2.5d, The tempered glass provided by the seller did not stick to the phone. The seller took 107 rupees, but sold a product like it was not even a 20 rupee product. I opted for replacement.
Fraud No 4 - Denied replacement and never responding to chat messages
I opted to go for the replacement, to which the seller told me to create a return request. After 10-15 attempts I was able to create the return request. I also uploaded a photo of the product along with the return request form. After 3 days, I asked him to update me on return request 2219#. The seller did not reply at first, after sometime, he told me sent a another picture of the tempered glass after placing it on the phone. I did the same, I sent the product picture placing the tempered glass on the mobile phone.
Then I waited for 1 day, later on chat, I asked him about the replacement, he didn't even reply after sending so many messages on chat. I switched on to mozilla browser, and then asked a product inquiry as a general customer, to which he replied very quickly, then I asked him, "What about my replacement request?" He said the product was correct and according to the market standard, and then he shut the chat box immediately. He also marked by return request as complete on his website and in an email to me.
I was furious over him, but I know that I couldn't anything to me, so I decided that I highlight this issue on mouthshut.com. So that people should be aware of horrid and terrible myscreenguard.com

You can see from above chat messages that the seller is fraud and does not bother after selling the product to customers, instead ignore the chat messages. The thief seller, has replied only 5-6 times in the above chat messages sent by me to him.
Atlas, Guys I request you all please don't buy anything from myscreenguard.com. The wishnextcare and his website myscreenguard.com is completely fraud and there are chances of your card details to be hacked with unsecured payment gateway.
