Hello all, today I am going to share my experience with myntra shopping along with the proof.
Well, everyone aware myntra is online shopping for variety of clothes, I do order one jacket order no: 1056803-5523710-23779903 monteil & munero blue printed jacket wherein I spoke to courier guy and he said me to come and collect the order when I reached point based on our call I don't see any courrier guy available their to deliver my product and order cancelled reason being my mobile number was not reachable.
I called and informed myntra customer care and they advised me will register a complaint and will call back within 3 business working days. But since then no call nor the mail received about the complaint. Since no response I tried calling back myntra they advised me to rebook the same order.
So again I re-booked under order no: 1058156-2991819-5895503 same monteil and munero blue jacket along with one boots almost waited for 26th sep to 8th October as listed in app expected delivery end date. But still, order not received and I called back to customer care they advised me again product not delivered due to incorrect pin code. I totally disagree after payment and the same address where one product can be delivered why other order not ( order delivered same address and pin code order no: 1057810-8020247-9181003) .
When I was with the call myntra supervisor he, again and again, sticking with only one thing incorrect pin code instead no courier guy nor the myntra customer care called or tried to call me on before or after order placed or during delivery.
Myntra I ask you one thing when one product can deliver the same address why not other can be delivered?
May be I wonder myntra try to calculate profits on products after order, only they get enough profit then they deliver the products if not they simply cancel the order stating not reachable, incorrect pin code such a school reasons. The worst part is they cancel the order without notifying customer unless I searched why product not delivered then I figured out by calling myntra.
Myntra and team, I booked order this ( order no: 1058156-2991819-5895503 considering some function ahead and without my notice you have canceled is really disappointing.
If you cannot deliver the order on time then why don't you take the orders? I agree pin code may be wrong why don't you call to contact number have this verified prior you send for delivery?
Guys, final speaking with myntra supervisor they offered me the 400rs discount minimum purchase of 1000rs but myntra and team do you really think I am going to reorder or shop with you after irresponsible response twice from you and your team? When you cannot offer for the price you listed on bigbillion day sale why do you offer such prices and booking cancel without notifying me?
Iam totally disappointed shoping with myntra same order twice not delivered not happy at all.
