Placed an order for a sweater under order 1098327-0124932-4248003 on Jan 2, 2019. The timeline given for delivery was Jan 8, 2019. Though your competitors deliver in 3-4 days, I had the misfortune of going to your site. I waited until EOD of 8th and tried calling your Customer Service. It was as crappy as your site and the call never got connected. I raised a concern via the webmail facility. I got an auto-acknowledgment too [Incident: IN19010823224962973503]. You, jokers, didn't even bother to update me until then. I get an SMS on 9th stating "Dear Customer, we regret to inform you that your Myntra order containing product(s) "Raymond Men Maroon Self Design Pullover" has been delayed. We expect to attempt the delivery for your order by 10-Jan-2019. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, please ignore the SMS if the shipment is already delivered to you."
As I did not see a trace of it, and no call from the delivery crew, I called your good for nothing CS on 10th afternoon. As your agents were ranting the same thing that I need not worry and I will get it (don't know when), I insisted on speaking to a manager. The biggest joke is that there are no managers I was told. And if I choose to talk to one, I need to take an appointment of his/her highness. I still had patience and asked for one. I was told that the busy managers need 24 hrs turnaround time. Are you kidding me? I gave your jokers 2 options-get me my order delivered on 10th or return my money by EOD. Your choice. I can't wait until eternity. Amongst the pack of jokers I spoke with, there was a 'supervisor' called Abhishek. After all maybe if someone started knitting a sweater they wouldn't take this long. If one were sending a parcel from anywhere in India to Hyderabad, it will not take 6 or 8 days! I was assured that 'something' would be done and I 'needn't worry!'
Jan 11 - still no trace of the parcel! No update too! And the MF Managers never call! I called again at around 4p on 11th to track what is happening. I was put thru 3 'supervisors' each of whom hung up. One guy said that as I complained on 10th and your bloody Timeline is 72 hrs, I should shut up and keep waiting. Because the holy myntra says! Do you realize that I complained on 8th? Wtf happened to it? NO ANSWER! The MF Managers never called back. On 11th the story by one of your jokers is that the managers are 'busy tracking such parcels and they won't call customers'. I was told by one of those supervisor jokers that 'you have only one parcel. But myntra has to manage millions of parcels'. What an arrogance! One joker, the last one I spoke to - Simone was the rudest MF. He said that he would get it tracked and would get it delivered 'probably on 12 or by Monday or so'. So myntra expects me to place an order and pray? And he says that he won't refund my money right away because he will take 2 or 3 business days for it. You, dumbass people, don't have any condition while taking my money. Now you idiots can't even deliver it on 'promised delayed delivery date', forget about the promised delivery date. And you are so arrogant and rude. I was so vexed with you folks that I insisted on a resolution to my problem or to be able to talk to the higher-ups - I don't care if I need to talk to the highest arrogant guy of your company - the CEO who is running this pack of jokers. That idiot said that he would not want to do anything beyond what he said and that I don't have an option but to wait and disconnected my call.
What do you people think of yourselves? You're not the only site. You're not even the best site. The online tracking showed that the parcel arrived at one of your center 1km from my address on 6th. Then suddenly on 9th it apparently was at a center of yours at a place 5 km from my address. Wow! That's some logistics! You, dumbass people, don't have any empathy. I have to follow up and raise an incident on 8th which I was told that it will not count because you woke up on 9th & changed the delivery date to 10th. Your bloody managers or any higher ups above poor call center guys hide in shame and do not have any sense to resolve any issues or call back a customer! How arrogant! If need be, even a CEO should pick up the responsibilities and call. Don't forget that you are surviving in the market despite the crappy Service like this thanks to customers like us. You can't even return my money back right away though you, evidently have completely failed!
I ordered a sweater because it is winter. I don't want it in summer. Maybe your arrogant company and it's CEO can take the sweater and shove it up your behind and that might reduce at least some amount of arrogance that all of you jokers have.
Your site sucks! You don't deserve to survive. If you are moderating this and trying to delete it, I will keep posting it at better places where you can't moderate and delete.
