Reviewed on 17th Oct- Had ordered a laptop bag on October 2nd, and the company had not yet delivered it. They have the audacity to state they attempted delivery when they have not even tried reaching out or even gone to deliver.. Watchman is always available in the building and the delivery agent falisifies that he tried to reach us, not a single call. We keep waiting thinking this might come- it's not a very cheap price that we pay for products either.
They have the worst management and a bunch of liars sitting in the company. To top it all off, you cannot reach the customer service if you are out ! Fabulous! My humble suggestion- keep away from this platform. Shops are open now, just go try them on and pay the price for the product worthy of it! I have nothing against the delivery agent - they are trying to make a living. But the company is a bogus - I have been trying to reach them about this issue.
The funniest part is, I cannot cancel the order since it's (the bag is) near my home - at delivery center and I don't get the product either. My money is just up in the air! They don't have trained customer service employees - I have worked in customer service and I have been a top performer at it - I know what IS customer satisfaction! Bunch of bogusfools. I pity myself for having dumped so much of my money into this!
Edited 18th Oct - says delivery attempted. No calls no updates. I am letting them do their thing, to collect enough evidence to put a case..
Reviewed on 21st- " delivery attempted" drama goes on. Myntra is out of my life forever.
Seriously thinking about it, we must give business to small business owners, who create great products rather than these big shots who partner with myntra and already have made it big.
