I have been shopping on Myntra for some time now, If you like the product and wanna keep it, then good, but if you don't then its really a hard time to get replacement or refunds, you need to keep sending several mails, follow up on phone and the phone conversations do not go too well.
And unlike other websites they do no offer to call you back to sort any issues. I have this one on going long pending issue, I am following up with the, for a reverse and refund for 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from them yet. Be careful when you shop from Myntra as promises are never met.
