Hi Friends, I am back with my another review about online shopping experience with Myntra. Honestly this is the only website I love when it comes to clothes and shoes. I am an online shopping addict and have been shopping from Myntra from a very long time. The application and website both are so good in term of efficiency and to keep staring at their stuff all day long. Their pictures are very clean and website is not jam packed with so many product on the same page which makes it so neat and attractive. The brands Myntra has collaborated with their stuff are so good and easily found than any store. You can keep a watch at the products when you get time keep them in wishlist and finally can make a decision which you got to purchase. It saves a lot of time and money because I think roaming in the markets and shopping malls specially for a pair of shoes or top is waste of time and it drags your attention to unwanted stuff you don't put on your list and end up buying and regretting after couple of days. So shopping online helps save your time, money and environment.
Myntra has the fastest delivery trend as compare to other clothing websites and sometimes the product reaches a day or two before the promised time depending on which area or city you live in.
Now if I talk about Myntra's Customer Service they are so quick if you have any query or refund issue. And I never faced any refund issue personally they credit your money within the promised time frame and no need to make any personal phone calls. So the customer service is good above the expectation. I found Myntra really a reliable shopping website that works upto the customers expectation and changes has been witnessed myself over the times like Try and Buy option which used to be free of cost when the idea was launched but now they charge some amount for it, all I mean to say they are fully dedicated making shopping a best experience for their customers.
