Customer service of Myntra is very bad. I had the worst experience with it. I had ordered two tops and both of them came in the wrong size. I had already ordered a size bigger because I was not sure about the size chart giving on Myntra. But still both tops came in smaller sizes. I immediately called and asked about the return policy and they told me to follow the instructions giving on the site. I did and applied to return the tops. Then they told me to set up a account so that the amount could be transferred and you don't get the money back you set up a account on Myntra and shop again with that money. I did that too. Now when I applied I had called and told them to cal me before coming to pick the product. Still the guy didn't call, came to my house 2 times when I was not there and didn't even call me after he was at my house. After this they directly messaged me that they have cancelled my return order because I was unable to return it in time. I contacted them after this and they said now they can't do anything because there are rules. The person talking is not that helping and I had a very bad experience.
Product Quality is not that good. The size label says one size and the product is actually of another size. The size chart is not helpful. Material of some products is terrible. After one wash the top started to fall apart, the stitching started to come out.
The delivery time is good. They deliver in time.
The app and website is sorted and user friendly.
I don't think the product are reliable.
