I want to tell my shopping experience about this myntra site. Comparing with other sites this is a popular shopping site with good deals and offers. But all the offers are not at all worth and there are some tricks behind it.
Whenever they are giving some offers for any products, if we are checking with another sites the price of the item should be higher than normal price. Many times I had seen this for some products.
Because once I ordered one t shirt from the this site with some offer is buy one get one free. . It delivered on correct date. But the quality of the shirt was not good and damaged it within few days. What happened was it color became faded and became not useful. This are they doing for the offer product.
The website is easy to use but customer care interactions are very difficult and will take more time to get response from them. Once I needed to return my product it took more than 1 month to get solved.
The website sometimes became very slow and alot of bugs should appear while ordering any item. The options are very less and variety of items are not at all available from this site.
That's what we can trust this site as long. Should be careful with the deals and prices of the products while buying.
