I started purchasing products from myntra.com few months ago. Till now I have ordered apparels in the site. The product quality and delivery time is always excellent. Today I am writing this review to share my recent experience about return. I purchased two t-shirt from the site. Both of them were delivered within 4 days to my city Guwahati, Assam. I purchased one tshirt for my uncle. But after trying the t-shirt he found it over sized. I had no other option but to think of returning it.
So I called their customer care and representative very elaborately narrated the procedure of returning. Thereafter I packed the item in my own packet (as the return bag provided by them got damaged due to my own fault). I followed their other instructions about return properly . Thereafter I sent the package through DTDC on Saturday. That cost me Rs.150/- .
On Monday evening, when I checked my myntra account I saw that they accepted my return and refunded my purchase amount + Rs.100/- courier charge to my account. I am regular online shopper but this was my first return to any site and I am more than happy with myntra.com. Thereafter I used the refund for another purchase. I wish myntra.com all the success for future.
