I've been a Myntra customer for years, never had a problem, until today.
Put > Rs 7, 000/ worth of merch in my cart, then clicked to check out, it tells me to log in. I enter my registered phone number, same number I've used for years, same number Myntra sends their spam every day. It says my number is not verified! Tried again with email, it doesn't recognize my email either!
I called CS, got a useless female, SHAFIYA. After politely holding for several minutes she comes back with zero answers and zero solutions, except that I should log in ( CAN'T! Hello! ) and break my head doing some stuff online. SHAFIYA couldn't be bothered to find out the problem, let alone address it and help me properly. I told her she's about to cause Myntra to lose a 7k purchase, she was least bothered. When I lost my patience and ripped her a good one, she had the nerve to scold me for language. As if I should feel very happy to be jerked around, the arrogant tramp!
