This is the company/management how business should not be run. I am elite myntra insider with more than 1000 points and bought EORS gold pass between 7.00 and 8.00 on 21st, it got changed to 10 to 10.45. During this time orders placed gone somewhere, no OTP received to complete ordering, no emails received, not able to reach their support, no communication from Myntra. Their Mobile app and WebPortal is down. Many users complained of the same. They are so careless, unprepared, unreachable and irresponsible. They should publicly apologize for the false commitments/promises. We have spent our precious weekend time, effort and patience. Will not buy again during sale time particularly with Myntra!
