I had booked a car with confirmation number 6788940 from your website.
However, I was very unhappy with the service and would like to highlight the following problems that I faced:
1) I booked a TUV-300 which is a 7-seater vehicle since I was taking my aged parents with me and wanted a comfortable drive. However, just hours prior to the committed delivery time, I was informed that a TUV-300 is not available but a KUV-100 is available, which is a 5-seater vehicle(and not 6-seater as claimed by you). The 6th seat is for a child of not more than 8 years of age. I asked whether any other 7-seater(eg. Mahindra Scorpio/Toyota Innova) could be given to me. I was flatly refused.
2) My booking for the vehicle was for 25th October 2020 for a 7 AM pickup. On the night of 24th at around 10 PM, I was informed that the said vehicle(KUV-100) will be available only at 10 AM. I had made my further bookings keeping in mind my scheduled time. However, due to the inordinate delay from your end, I could not reach my destination on time and had to miss a major family function due to the delay. Upon continuously pleading and requesting the local office, I got the vehicle at around 9.30 AM.
3) On reaching the local office and seeing the condition of the vehicle, I was quite shocked to see that the damage was externally damaged in several places. The rear number plate was also broken and there were several dents all over the car. At the time of booking, I was made to understand that the fuel policy allows me to take a vehicle on a full tank and return it on a full tank. But to my utter dismay, the fuel level in the vehicle was near empty. When I requested the local office to fill it completely and handover, they replied very rudely that since we are giving you the vehicle with low fuel, you can return it with the same amount of fuel. How are we to check what the fuel quantity is?
4) When we were taking the vehicle, the brakes were making a squeaking noise. When we informed the local office the same, they said that the brake shoes are new and you will not face any problem. We, of course, did not face any problem with the brakes but the squeaking noise did not go away and we were stressed throughout the journey.
5) To my utter disappointment, the Air-condition in the vehicle was not at all effective. When we returned the vehicle and complained about the same, the local agent accepted that the gas in the A/C unit had got over and the functioning of the A/C was below normal.
When we take a self-drive vehicle and pay a hefty sum, we expect the on-time delivery and the vehicle to be checked in every aspect before giving it to the customer. Sadly, your service is disastrous and I will not recommend it to anybody to use your service.
