The Quality of the cake is Pathetic. There was hair in the cake and that too right in the middle of it. The order was delivered 4 hours later than the scheduled time even after we paid extra 300 for rush delivery.
On calling customer service, the executive was rude and unprofessional and pretty much told us that there is nothing he or she can do. Not to mention they clearly say on their website that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I care for customers all over the world as we have a very little edge over these giant companies.
The only way we can teach them a lesson is by sticking together and boycotting their product, so they can soon be out of business.
