I am a foodie.Period.But somehow my love for food doesnt end here .... it continues North, across the borders and over the mountains, past the seas.....

1. Biriyani : I just cant resist Biriyani. Like most of you know there are a variety of biriyanis available .i am a fan of Malbari Biriyani. To say exactly the biriyani made in Calicut region of Kerala. Hyderabadi Biriyani which definitely tops the list.I dont mean the one available in the shops there like Hyderabadi dhaba or anything but the homemade ethnic biryani which I was lucky enough to taste because of my brother’s friend....Yummy!!Then the Arabic Majboos.... Unbeatable in taste, its got the perfect biryani description which is treat to the eyes as well as to your taste buds.

   
   




2. Rice, Sambar and Fried Fish (especially Mackerel): Well, its just a plain keralite homely food.But its one of my favourites.I love it; the combo is just lovely...

   
   




3. Lebanese Cuisine: Well, here its going to have another list. I love the kebabs(Arabic Kebabs) , Muthabel (a dip made from egg plant), hommous, Arayes( grilled chicken and herbs sandwiched in Pita bread), Shawarma.About shawarma, I have had a lot from Indianised versions to Egyptian to local UAE shawarmas, but trust me nothing beats the lebanese in the authentic taste of Shawarmas... you will love the pickles, parsley, meat and their secret sauce...Lovely!! infact as far as food goes, lebanese have it all.... fingerlicking delicacies!!

   
   




4. Chili’s beef rib steaks: Whoa!!! First of all its huge...second of all the drippy sauce gets you coming back for more. Although its beef ribs, its not at all saggy or hard to sliceup... its just perfectly juicy, tender and tempting...After all its chili’s.

   
   




5. Chili’s chocolate pie:A perfect Sweet treat. Hot chocolate pie, with chocolate sauce over it and Vanilla Ice cream...Scoop it up and savour it.....Its heaven!!!

   
   




6. Pepper Beef fry:I Love everything thats hot!!and hence this choice....I love the Typical Keralite beef Fried or sauteed up in pepper, pepper and more pepper...especially Achayen’s style(Christian style)....

   
   




7. Kerala Paratha and chicken fry Masala/Kerala chicken Fry : I am a die hard fan of these.... I love the Kerala chicken Fry that’s basically between a masala and fry with onions, tomatoes and pepper...Love it!!

   
   




8. Rice, Kappa and Fish Curry: Love the combo again...It is perfect. Kappa is tapioca I guess. And I love it teamed up with rice(mota of course) and Kerala Fish Masala(king fish especially), done in coconut gravy.

   
   




9. Burgers/Sandwiches: I love them,the ones with turkey slices, egg sandwiches, Big Mac, Whoppers...you name it, I will have it. I am nuts about Sandwiches.

   
   




10. Idiyappam and Prawns masala: Sicerely guys, I dont know what idiyappam is called in English. May be Sajit bhai or N J or Paulose or someone can help me out. I love this rice dish thats kind of ricey noodles with Prawns masala especially with pepper again..... And something else I love is the hot peppered(again) mussels from Aleppey, Kerala.Aleppey is surely a khazana for authentic Kerala Dishes...
