Eating out is a good thing all of us enjoy it .It gives not only change but socialise us also ,thus meeting people ,knowing ,other's custom and tredition. I like eating out too but it come's to roadside food I cant resist It my passion . whereever I travel I find out the famous roadside food and relish it sometimes I enjoy most of the thing and sometimes one of them.

Actully eating out in restaurent is quite diciplined thing you take the seat one will come with water and menu card ,you wait and start exersise with knife and fork,as soon as you finish a broad smile come with bill and you are expeected to leave , but in road siode foodjoint you are free to feel and eat while laughing ,shouting and murmuring too.

In UTTAR PRADESH roadside food is very common ,you find ''samosa' TIKKI and PANI KE BATASHE in chaat . MY choice is last one In lucknow it is sold with many flavour of water,it is mouth watering Though It is available in all part of country ,it os known as pani puchka ,''GOOAL GAPPA etc

In UP BATI CHOKHA comes from eastern part of state it comprises of baked flour balls stuffed with roasted gram powder and served with mixture of boiled and mashed pottato, tomatto and brinjalwith lot of masalas and vinager,

Last year I went to mumbai I was there for three days after eating a day in restautent I came out to search for road side food with my friend I tried BHEL POORI ,MISSAL VATATA VADA and PAV BHAJI . Itell you the PAV BHAJI I had was suparb I tried many places here try to prepare myself too but couldn't get that tingling taste. While comming back to LKO I have to break journey in BARODA I find DHOKLA selling every where I didn't stop myself and tried it was smooth and VVS.

In MADHYA PRADESH too I chose POHA for my list.

I frequintly visit to DELHI and as per name its roadside food items make my heart goes -- m--m-. Alot of thing CHANA KULCHA PARATHAS CHAAT of many varities KABABS are there in general I go for MUGLAI PARATHA which is served with three types of vegetables, raita and chatni ,a very YAMMI diet

TWO year's back I went to MAA VAISHNAV DEVI there too lot of roadside food items are available but I still remember ''RAJMA POORI'' rajma is very common in atleast NORTH INDIA but there prepratiopn wes special IT's flaver and taste was unique

I think roadside foods tells you more about cities there eating habbit and social and treditional thing too . In these food all the thing add in front of you and still you cann't get the same taste in home .sometimes I find low quality ingadients but my general experence is good.

I will keep trevelling and let you all know my favouret list of roadside food ,but you can add to your RECIPE TOO so I could get it when in your town
