"Bought a Baleno Zeta Car from Nexa, Palm Beach Road Vashi, Navi Mumbai"


I don't recommend this place, anyone, if u planning for a Maruti premium car.


Don't be confused with the ratings, most of the reviews are here given by their own employees. If you visit u might get a chance to meet some of them too. ( when I bought in Feb 19 rating were 3.8, something is diff)


I am sorry I am a little late to write this feedback but might be useful for anyone who plans to buy his/her dream car in the future.


Be careful


1) they made false commitments


2) accessories given for old models


3) take everything in writing from them or I'll suggest don't buy from here


4) if any services/accessories will be given later don't pay for it( like Nexa card or number plate)


I booked Baleno Zeta 2019 Model on 8th Feb, I was assured within 1 week the car will reach to Nexa Vashi and 1 week required for RTO work/ but after 15 days( 23rd Feb) associate told the same answer which I was listening from last 7 days -> Sir, car is still shown in "IN TRANSIT" status.


When I shouted and asked to cancel my booking if the car does not reach same day only, I got 1 ready car at other NEXA but top model so I make my mind to cancel the booking as I now realized that false commitments were made during booking


Then a senior associate handle the case and asked car was reached but our associate was querying other customer's car in the system and updated me wrong information. I was happy with the services from senior associate( I gave good ratings when took delivery of car)


I was asked to deposit full amount and they assured they will try to finish RTO process in 1 week and deliver the car to me, I paid all amount by coming Monday and after requesting they delivered my car on 28th Feb instead of 1st March


2nd issue


I found is The body cover is from the old model as it doesn't cover full car body properly.


3rd issue


I was assured that NEXA card will be delivered in 30 days but it's not reached yet, I visited on 15th April just after 45 days of delivery of the car and enquire the same, the same associate told it will take 45 days


Nothing happened on this too


4th issue


The reference I gave while buying process, didn't get Nexa points credited yet, it is now more than 45 days


5th issue


I paid for number plate but as I told I take delivery 1 day advance as of Nexa initiated a date, I told number plate will reach in 1-2 days to them and they will call me. But no call from them finally I visit them again on 15th


The same associate tried to find number plate and she didn't find and told me that senior associate went to visit some client, once he'll back she will confirm and message me, they will come to my place and fix this issue. After 2 days ( 17th April), I arranged the number of Quality Manager and direct interact him and query for my refund for the number plate, and enquire Nexa card delivery, Strange he was not aware with this issue and ask for 10 minutes. Thanks to him he reverted me he told and told there was the wrong number printed on number plate he checked old records also and there was no number plate for my number, he asked me to give 2 days he will arrange a number plate and also told he will send my Nexa card issue to Delhi office.


I asked him to refund the amount, he assured once I send a mail he will initiate.


All these issues are addressed to Maruti Company also when they called for feedback (March 2nd week) but nothing happened. Seems I wasted my half hour in feedback.
