Freinds I want to share my experience in Muthoot Fincorp from Karnataka Zone. I working here since last 5 months as a loan processing officer so that I want to tell some thing about company and workplace in company.
Muthoot Fincorp is a flagship company of Muthoot Papachan Group. Muthoot finance and Muthoot Fincorp are both different companies. Related to same family but dividation in there uncesstors.
Now we come to our Muthoot Fincorp ltd, Now a days competation is very high in every field so that MFL also have a tough competetor a market leader Muthoot Finance. We have gold loan as a core product with this we have so many other products to beat the market, thats good for company but same is bad news for a workera working in this company.
They give targets to employee on monthly basis if we fail then in carryforwerded to next month, so I told company is good for workers who are interested in Marketing with Sales. If u completed graduation in commerce then you are interested in core accounting then this job is not suitable to you, becouse u cant learn here accounting but if u fails to sales the product then Area Managers are tortoures very roodely and directly tell u if u want to be in this company then complete the targets other wise leave the job. Very horrible, I also planning to Resign from here.
