Hello All,

I called the RM the following morning and asked him what he did in regards to this. He answered absurdly that he conversed with the BM and the BM said that no such occurrence happened at the branch, to which RM concurred and let me know the same and said that he can't make any move.


Will the BM concur that episode happened when he is included in the occurrence. Is a good fit for the RM to ask the BM specifically with respect to this. Does he not have asked other staff individuals actually? Organizations guarantee that they are ready to go throughout the previous 100 years or somewhere in the vicinity and they don't give appropriate administration to clients.
