I am always fascinated by beaches and waves so last year along with my friends I visited this place and now I feel like visiting it again just because of its beaches which are better then our local Juhu or Chowpatty in many ways.
The beaches were lot more cleaner then what we find in Mumbai.
Some of the attraction of Murud apart from its clean beaches are the the Lord Dattatraya shrine, the beautiful Ganpati temple at Nandgaon, and the palace of the Nawab and the Janjira caves.The Nawab palace is still well maintain and the structure seems to be still strong enough to accommodate the Nawab once again!!
But if you are beach freak then the long stretches of beach are ideal for you. Just relax and soak in the atmosphere, fill your lungs with the clean sea air and witness some of the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets you will ever get to see. So go ahead and chill !
I recommend it to every person who loves to be on sea side, but please don’t make it like another Juhu beach.
