MTS is the worst internet service provider in India. After pruchaing their dongle, it went out of order in 2 months.
Since then I have made numerious calls to their customer care department and they have lied each time. Atleast 5 complains have been raised. I even sent email to their so called appellate and also to the russian CEO.
After my problem was not solved, I stopped using MTS. But what did they do after that? They raised an invoice for the payment. When I refused, they threatened me with dire consequences by sending legal notice.I am really frustrated with this russian company for wasting my time.
